Refund policy

The artist development subscription is a 30 day rolling contract. 

To cancel please:

• Cancel via the manage your account button
• OR via email: bookings@southcitystudios.co.uk, please clearly state if you haven't cancelled via your account management button

The first month of the subscription is non-refundable.

Further refunds will be decided on a case-by-base basis at our discretion. Please contract us for details.
